STANDARD AMENITIES LIST

All of our cabins are individually owned, so each offers a different amenities package.
(Please review each cabin’s website for more specific details.)

At a minimum, the following items will be provided in each cabin:

  • Coffee Maker (and filters)
  • Toaster or Toaster Oven
  • Blender
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher (detergent provided)
  • Cookware and Utensils
  • Dinnerware and Flatware
  • Glasses (regular & wine)
  • Pitchers (plastic)
  • Dish Towels/Dish Rags/Hot Pads
  • Basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)
  • Toilet Paper (2 rolls per bath) and Paper Towels (2)
  • Plastic Garbage Bags for Kitchen


  • Sheets & Bed Linens
  • Bath Towels/Hand Towels/Wash Clothes

    • (please bring your own towels for visits to the lake or river)

  • Outdoor Hot Tub
  • At Least One Indoor Fireplace
  • 1 or more Color TV with Satellite
  • 1 or more VCR or DVD
  • Gas Grill (propane provided)
  • Full-size Washer/Dryer (Laundry detergent is not provided)

    **Just bring your own food and toiletries.**

    **Please review each cabin’s website for specific information regarding any non-standard amenities it may offer.

    **The items our guests most often forget are coffee, a prepaid calling card for long distance calls and a camera.

    Also, don’t forget your hiking boots and towels for visits to the lake or river!

    **Please remember to bring your own towels if you will be visiting the river or lake. (The cabin owner’s belongings may not be removed from the property.)

    **We also suggest bringing any specialty items that you feel the rental may not have; i.e. hair dryer, extra-large cooking pots, cast iron skillet, etc.
